GENERAL COORDINATOR **Deadline Extended**

We are seeking a general coordinator who will be responsible for administrative and support tasks, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing the financial activities of the organisation. In order to ensure the continued functioning of the organization, this person will also be responsible for maintaining an overview of all the activities and the annual budget. The ideal candidate will have a high enough level of budgeting ability to be able to create the general budget and project budgets, lead or participate in budget forecasting, and build the financial literacy within the organisation. The position requires participation in collective decision making processes, and working with a Budget Committee to decide on priorities and principles for project budgets and the organizational budget.
This is a permanent position of an average of 20 hours per week, $18-20/hour. The candidate would start as soon as possible in January or early February 2020.
